I need a teacher to teach me Japanese, because I am applying for a summer program in Japan.
The teacher him/her-self will need to grade me for the program to see if I am ready or not.
Im a beginner in Japanese, I know Hirigana, and very little Kanji.
I'm getting Rosetta Stone to help me with the language, but I still need a teacher to help me in person.
My mother is willing to drive a few hours, but nowhere out of state for a teacher.
I live in Tenessee.
I' ll do anything possible to learn the language, any price is fine. 2 hours would be nice, Like once a week.

I am a beginner. Very beginner. I am learning japanese with the intent of moving there within the next 5-6 years.
I need to make sense of the grammar aspects. All the information i read in books, just gets muddled in my mind.
I would love to study every single day, as much as possible, though unfortunately , my budget won't allow for that :( So i will spend as much time, as is financially possible, devoted to my studies. I was an honor roll student all through my early years. I am an excellent student, i only need a teacher who offers a bit of structure, and who is willing to answer all my questions :) I would like to maybe include a bit of cultural information as well, though it is not necessary. I believe understanding the language will help me understand the culture, and vice versa.

I want to learn this language because I want to do an exchange program in the near future and I would like to know how to communicate with others. I am a beginner to the Japanese language. I need inprovement in all areas of speech, and I will dedicate as much time as posible to learn this language. I would love for my teacher to be a native to Japan and know different types of teaching styles. I would also like my teacher to be fun and outgoing and not too up tight.
