I am ashamed to say that I started 3 years ago to learn Russian, but after learning the Cyrillic alphabet and some simple speaking, I have not progresses to the level I desire. I have been travellin to Russia on average about 3 or 4 times a year. And really want to learn more. I'll be going to St. Pete again in June 2007 for White Nights, and am also planning a trip probably in March. I'd really enjoy to advance my Russian to a new level by June. I am currently in the process of relocating back to Edmonton, and am hoping to be settled back in Edmonton (Sherwood Park) by the end of February.

i am a beginer in all languages except english and french. i would like to widen my knowlege of other cultures and languages. i think that knowing more languages can bring down barriers between 2 people (i.e if im vacationing in another country, i can get around it easier)
