I am a beginer and wish to learn The Thai language with proper grammer which would enable me to converse in the country of origin. I am fluent in English, Hindi and Bengali. I also have an above average knowlege (written and spoken) of French. Punjabi I can manage to understsnd and speak.
I would like to visit Thailand and may be start business transactions there, hense the importance of learning Thai. I feel it is important to know something about the culture and language of a country in order to understand the people and situations there.
I can dedicate at least one hour a day or more depending on how much effort I have to put in. I would like to learn as fast as possible
T he teacher should be experienced in teaching fast and must have patience. Explainations of the cultural aspects of the words and its implications would be helpful.

My proficiency level is that of a complete beginner. I want to learn since I plan to work in Thailand and settle down on a long term basis in Thailand. I think my main area of concern is day to day conversation in Thai. I plan to put in atleast 6 months in mastering this language and work further in correct grammar.
