My husband has been working in Shanghai for over a year now, and I will be going there too for 6 months or more as soon as our dependent visa will be approved.
It's been hard trying to understand just by hand gestures, pointing here and there,using calculators when buying things and reading facial expressions so I personally think I need to study seriously and be able to learn Chinese Mandarin in order for us to communicate very well with others.
I'm looking forward to find a very good teacher who will teach me everything I need to know, and helping me learning the language easier.

I am learning these languages as a prerequisite to my career. I am still a beginner, I need to improve in writing and conversation skills, if possible, I would like to allot 5 hours a day for 320 hours at least 2 months , I am new to this field although I a fond of watching medias in each language, if it is fine if my teacher would be patient in teaching me, I may have a hearing difficulty on my right ear, so repeating some phrases might be expected.

I wanna learn Mandarin since I am gearing up to finish my master's degree and plan to pursue in Taiwan in two years. I think that time is enough for me to learn and master the language. I don't have any knowledge in the Mandarin language although I love watching meteor garden and I like Taiwanese actors and actresses. So my proficiency is a beginner in this course. The qualities that I am looking for in a teacher is just to be patient as I am just a beginner in this Foreign language.
