I want to learn to speak and write Arabic, being a Muslim I feel that since the Holy Qur'an was revealed to the Holy Prophet (pbuh) in that
language, it is incumbent for all Muslims to at least try to learn the language. . I am a beginner. I want to be fluent in writing ,grammar and conversationa l. I'm an astute Studier so I would like to have at least 5 - 10 hours of class room training weekly if possible . I'm looking for someone to teach me and has patience, realize that I am a beginner the same as it was when they were learning how to speak their second language ,someone who is demanding and is straight forward

I feel as though language learning is a constant experience. I learned Spanish, French, German and Italian at a young age. Unfortunately , due to lack of practice, I can only speak Spanish and English fluently today.
I calculated that it takes me aproximately 6-8 months (with much time dedicated to the task) to learn a language fluently. So based upon said calculation-- I'd like help in learning the following languages within the next 10 years: Farsi/Dari/Pa shto/Cantonese /Mandarin/Hebr ew/Korean and Russian.
I'm currently most interested in learning Dari and Pashto for Career purposes. (Followed by Korean- my mother is Korean and she is always nagging me to learn!)
I can currently only afford $30/week on lessons. But will dedicate as much time as possible, as I'm very studious. (perhaps within the next few months I'll be able to afford more--I will update this profile when I can).
Qualities in a teacher: Professionali sm, dedication, cultural and linguistic fluency, the ability to hold social conversation (I find it easier if there's an element of friendliness within the learning process. It also allows for better learning when you can converse in the same manner as you would in the native country of the language being studied).

I am a beginner (only English speaking). I want to learn Urdu because I really want to learn another language. Additionally it is my goal to travel in regions where that would be the predominant language spoken.
Sinc e I don't know the language I will need major help in grammar, vocab, writing, etc. I have a strong desire to learn, so I will be dedicated and practice a lot. I am looking for someone who will be fairly patient, but push me to learn. I like written and verbal teaching.
