I have done french in high school, up to grade 11 and part of OAC (grade 13 in Ontario) I was once able to fairly-fluent ly speak it, but not so much anymore...I can manage _slightly_... I am trying to eventually go to Africa as a Registered Nurse and it would really help to have a second language, especially french as I can probably pick it up more quickly, and there is a fair amount of people in pockets there that speak french, enough to make me a better candidate than someone that only speaks English. I am primarily concerned with being able to fluenty speak it, as opposed to conjugating verbs and what have you (though I understand this is necessary). I would be able, hopefully, to dedicate as much time as possible to make it happen as quickly as possible.

I have very little french history, only what I was taught in Elementary and Highschool. But I did not care about it then. I want to learn it now for myself, for I am French and would like to know my native language, and as well it would benefit me greatly at work. Bilingualizin g everything is constant.
