My name is Ryan, I am a quadraplegic with cerebral palsy. I have full verbal communication ability. I would like to become fluent in Japanese for two reasons. One, I've always had an interest in Japanese language and culture, ever since I was a child. Two, I believe it would only increase my opportunities for employment. I have a degree in International Business and Pacific Rim studies as well as Hotel Management. I am interested in improving my ability to communicate as well as read the Japanese language. I would consider myself to be a beginner with the language. I would appreciate any assistance in obtaining my goal.

Few semesters of basic Japanese with hiragana and katakana (very few kanji).
I'd like to refresh my past knowledge and achieve better levels of proficiency.
I'm very weak in vocabulary, but grasp concepts well. I've little kanji knowledge.
I would like to have formal lessons on weekends (preferably saturdays).
Qualities I would like in a teacher, are kindness, patience, and able to explain things in multiple ways, if necessary.
