I would like to learn it because it is a language that interests me. The Japanese culture fascinates me and I wish to study abroad there my junior year of high school. I am currently a freshman. A minimum of one year is required to attend, so I would like to learn. I am a beginner. I feel that the area that I would need the most help in would be grammar and sentence structure. I will dedicate as much time as possible. I'd like to see a teacher who can try to relate to their student.

The reason I want to learn how to learn these different languages is so I may live there in the future.I would be at the beginner level.I am fairly sure that I will need the most help with grammar and conversations .I will have five out of seven days of the week to practice and learn.I qualities I wish to see in a teacher is a very strict teacher and one that will only tolerate perfection to keep me driven and focused ,also low tolerance for backsliding or laziness.

Hello my name is Heather Becker and I am a 24 year old college student. I am looking for assistance in my Japanese language training. I am in my fourth year of Japanese at UNLV but am having problems keeping up in the fast paced class. I need help mostly in grammar and conversation skills as I am not confident enough in my public speaking. I would like to be able to meet twice a week preferably after my class for an hour to go over the days lesson and for help with the homework. I really want to improve my Japanese proficiency in order to be better prepared for applying to the JET program after graduation. It has been my dream since high school to go to Japan to study and learn but I feel that my poor Japanese skills are making it harder to achieve that goal. I am looking for a teacher who can help me better understand the lessons and maybe review old lessons as I have my textbooks from all of my classes.

I want to learn Japanese so that one day i can move there. I have been studying japanese but feel that me alone is not enough. where i stand am still a beginner. I would like to know everything to the language, as in garmmar conversation and so on. I would work nonstop on learning this information. A teacher that is kind and does not mind someone that asks many questions is good for me. :)
