I would like to learn German because I joined a Dubai-based German Organization and wanted to learn their langauage. I am a begginer so I would like to start from scratch and be able to understand a conversation. I am planning to dedicate an hour or two hours a week for that purpose (unless suggested otherwise). I am only available after 6:30 during certain days of the week. I would like a smart teacher that would make the learning interesting.

i am a beginner to the german language. my boyfriend is from germany and i would like to learn how to speak with him in his native tongue. (i am sure he would teach me if he had the time. but i would also like to surprise him with my knowledge.)
i also have a german heritage and have always wanted to learn to speak the language so that i would have an easier time when i visited the country.
i am out-of-town during the week, working. i have the weekends off to receive instruction. there would be a few hours during the week that i could concentrate on studies if that is required.
i am looking for someone that is motivating with a lot of patience. (that's not asking too much!)

I did German for the leaving cert. and then neglected it for a time, so I'm between beginner and intermediate. I want to learn German out of my own interest. As I would like to be able to speak it fluently I need improvement in all areas. Either a half-hour or hour lesson per week. I'm an able student and I require an able teacher.
