I would like to learn Punjabi as my fiance and his family are Punjabi and we will want our children to speak the language as well - I don't want my children to speak a language I don't understand! I would need to start from the very beginning. I am looking for conversationa l punjabi, to speak and to understand. I do not need to learn how to read it. I would be looking for one weeknight per week for an hour to commit to learning one on one. I would like a teacher who speaks Punjabi as their native language.

Hello,
I am interested in Punjabi classes for my 4 children (ages 3-9) as a second language. They do not speak Punjabi at all so this would be absolutely beginner level. Someone with a lot of patience would be required. I would prefer live tutoring but would be open to online. If it is for online it may only be for my 2 older boys and possibly my 5 year old as well. I do not think my 3 year old would sit long enough to learn this way.

-Want to learn punjabi as it is fundamental and very intertwined with Sikhi
-I understand basics and have probably picked up some incorrect bad habits, i suppose I am a beginner
-co nversation
-a s much time as needed. Month of july is when i have most time until I am busy again
