beginner level proficiency, i have no prior classes or lessons in vietnamese. It is more of a personal reason to learn. I have a girlfriend who is vietnamese and her parents have expressed for me to learn in order to communicate with the family. I'm very serious about learning, and in my opinion it's far overdue for me to learn.

I am learning the language because I am in the process of accepting a job in Vietnam for the next year. I will be leaving in August so I was hoping to get as much of the basic grammar and conversation before I leave. That being said I would like as many lessons as is possible...
