I would like to learn Japanese. I have very little basic training so far. I would need to learn from the beginning. I would be available Sun-Thurs before 11am and after 10pm. I would be free on Saturdays and Fridays, however, for classes. I am looking to learn Japanese because I intend to move overseas within a few years. I definately need to learn hiragana and katakana, although I have been practicing these on my own. Basic level kanji would be a plus as well.

I have lived in Japan for 7 years and I have completed Japanese for Busy People 1 and Shin Nihongo no Kiso 1. I need to speak Japanese for my job and for my personal life. I hope to take the Level 3 JLPT in December 2006. After that, I hope to study for and take the Level 2 JLPT in 2007. I do not want to take lessons in my home, I would prefer to meet somewhere else.

I am a beginner in the language, I'm still learning the hiragana, and katakana characters. I am interesting in learning japanese because I'm very interesting in japanese culture and would like to travel to Japan one dayI would like to dedicate a minimum of 30min to an hour a day to studying the language.
I'm interested in a teacher who uses other methods besides text to teach the language, someone who also teaches culture and tradtion, and who will try to touch on all aspects of the language.
