Have taken one semester of community college german, am looking to improve proficiency level before graduate school in the fall. I would like to study about 6 hours per week maximum, but 3-4 would be fine. Looking for lessons and a teacher that will keep me interested and motivated and move at my pace.

Hello,
I am interested in learning German for my work and also for my own interest. I have majored in Physics from India and completed my Ph.D. in Physics. Currently I work as an Application Engineer in ERCOT, Austin, TX.
I am a beginner and would like to be able to reach a position so that I can speak to native German speakers with ease. I have a plan to visit Germany when chances arrive.
Si nce I am a full time employee I cannot devote week days from 8 to 5. But I will do the needful so that I can really pick up German as quickly as possible.
I expect my instructor to be proficient in language and conversing in German so that I develop the accent along with Grammer. A native German speaker is greatly appreciated.
