I have done french in high school, up to grade 11 and part of OAC (grade 13 in Ontario) I was once able to fairly-fluent ly speak it, but not so much anymore...I can manage _slightly_... I am trying to eventually go to Africa as a Registered Nurse and it would really help to have a second language, especially french as I can probably pick it up more quickly, and there is a fair amount of people in pockets there that speak french, enough to make me a better candidate than someone that only speaks English. I am primarily concerned with being able to fluenty speak it, as opposed to conjugating verbs and what have you (though I understand this is necessary). I would be able, hopefully, to dedicate as much time as possible to make it happen as quickly as possible.

I am looking for someone who is fluent in gaelic, preferably their native language. I know nothing about gaelic, a complete beginner. I wish to learn the language for my own benefits. I would be willing to dedicate 2-3 hours a week to lessons with the teacher, and more time practicing by myself or with friends and family. I would like to learn the basics of the language to begin with and see how it develops from there. I would like a dependable, easy-going, flexible teacher if possible.

Im a beginner interested in learning more Spanish because Iam travelling to Ecuador in November to work in orphanages and would like to be able to communicate with the other workers and children. I have taken a few Spanish classes before but haven't used it in quite a while. I would like to focus on conversation. Entirely new learner for Korean, so I will need to learn from the very basics. Purpose of learning Korean, is because I'd like to know more languages. The amount of time I would like to dedicate towards learning KOrean, is around 1 hour approximately per week.
I would expect that my teacher to be patient, proficient in the langauge, and to be responsible when teaching me.
