I am actually asking for a friend who only had basic primary education. She is 23 now and has forgotten practically all the English she had learned. She wants to develop a working proficiency in English so that she can find a better job and improve her lifestyle.
She stays around Tmn Connaught, KL and can travel to classes if nearby but have difficulty if too far away. The other option is for personal one to one tuition but it is must not be expensive as she is financially handicapped. She is a very smart girl and should be able to catch up on her lessons well.
