I'm a 24 year old student from Germany. My boyfriend moved to Dublin and maybe I'm going to visit Ireland more often. I think I am a advanced speaker but mostly I'm afraid of speaking. So I'd like to improve and practice my English. Soonest oportunity of starting a course is next monday 5th of april and I leave Ireland at the 18th of april. Some hours a day would be perfect. This profile is being written for my brother-in-la w: Raul Lumanda. Raul is 13 years old, just graduated the 6th grade, and currently lives in the Philippines. He will be coming to USA on an F1 Student Visa in August, will be living with my wife and I in Manalapan NJ, and will very much need remedial tutoring, inasmuch as he will be going into a mainstream class in a private middle school (No ESL available at the school). He is fluent in both Tagalog and Visaya, and the first order of business will be to increase his talking, reading and wrting English skills, all of which are currently minimal to moderate. I can somewhat carry on a conversation with him, but he does not understand a lot of words. We will need a tutor beginning about the 2nd week in August.

I want to learn foreign language because I want to increase my knowledge in other's culture, tradition and etc.
I'm not sure about my proficiency level. I guess I'm a beginner then.
I need to improve my English grammar. It mix up and somewhat doesn't make sense when i write compositions. But I prefer improving myself in conversation. I think that is the most essential tool in communication .
Qualities should be : Approachable, passionate with his/her teaching career, strict in a good way, gives an interesting approach and of course he/she should be knowledgeable of the language his/her teaching so as not to waste every second of the lesson.
