I had studied Japanese in High School in one of those Saturday school programs; I learned hirigana, katakana, basic grammar and mostly verb conjugation. During that time I was accepted into a program with the Japan Foundation to visit Japan. As I would like to go back, I would like to re-learn the language and hopefully be able to speak it fluently.
The qualities I am looking for in a teacher is someone will allow me to tackle such a challenge but is also very easy to converse with (in any language), and who has flexible hours.

I'd like to learn Japanese. I'm a complete beginner but I do know a few words and I know how to pronounce the japanese language monderately well. I feel that I'll be more motivated to learn if I have tutoring as oppose to learning just from a book . As for the reason I'd like to learn Japanese; the Japanese culture has inspired me since I was young. It's my dream to be able to talk with Japanese speakers. I'll be willing to dedicate the time given to me by my tutor.
I'm very motivated at this point. English is my native language. I learn rather quickly if I just practice the language. For example: I knew how to hold a conversation in french about 2 years ago but at a beginner-inte rmediate level and was a complete beginner in grammar. Now that I'm attending a french school my french has improved greatly not just speaking but writing too.
For those wonderinf I am fifteen years old.

I am a beginner who would like to learn for fun and possible career advancement later in life. I would like to learn mainly a conversationa l understanding of the language. I would like to dedicate between one and three hours a week for lessons with additional time set aside for practice. I would like to take lessons after work during the week so I am looking for someone who is energetic and takes a fun approach to learning the language.
