I would describe my profifiency level as between beginner and intermediate. I am en experienced ESL teacher and understand the challenges of language teachers.
Cu rrently I work in communication s and media relations and I would like to improve my French conversation skills for personal, social and career reasons. At this point I am not too concerned with writing.
I am very interested in public and current affairs, so I would like a teacher who would enjoy reading articles with me from a French newspaper such as La Presse, and discussing them with me. I am basically seeking a conversation partner in other words. I would like about two one and a half hour lessons a week, after work or on weekends.

M y name is Mauricesa Ramnath and I am currently studying the French language on my own. I am a beginner. I study the language by listening to self teaching guides, eg, CD's and also reading text books.
I need particular improvement in having conversations in French.
I would like to dedicate at least two evenings per week learning to speak the language.
