My proficiency level in Turkish is a beginner. I have always been a fan of the Turkish language, I have always wanted to learn and it simply it's a personal choice. Mainly I want to start from the most basic to actually being able to put words together, speak it, write, etc. I just want to find a teacher that understands my lack of experience in the language and have patience to help me excel in both writing and speaking the Turkish language.

I have no experience with another language. I would like to learn a middle eastern language such as Turkish or Arabic, so I would be a beginner. I am in second year at University of Toronto and I am majoring in Middle Eastern Civilization, and Religion. I feel learning a Middle Eastern language would help my understanding in class, and give me a practical skill that would be valuble for career advancement. I would like to emphasize learning in conversation. I also have a part-time job, so lesson availability would have to be flexible, however I am a dedicated student and would put as much time into lessons as needed. I am looking for an energetic teacher, with a flexible schedule and a lot of patience, this being my first 'second' language.
