I would like to learn more about persian culture as well as the language. THe reason of learning this language is due to my interest in Languages. I would like to enhance not only my conversation but grammar too. I am having one month holiday. Thus, i can fully dedicate the whole month in learning FArsi. My proficiency level in Farsi is beginner. I've been exposed to the language for approximately a year during a recent deployment to Afghanistan. I would like to learn the language in order to advance my career and need improvement in all aspects of the language (i.e. grammar, word recognition/t ranslation, and conversation both formal and informal). Ideally, I would like to dedicate approximately an hour per day 2-3 days a week to the study of the language. I would prefer a language professional who understands or is familiar with the military and the particular needs of soldiers in the language country. S/he needs to have a firm understanding of the English language and translation to Persian. Dialects are important and s/he should understand the differences in Dari and Farsi.
