I am at a beginner level. I recognize most of the alphabet and I also know numbers. I would guess I am the equivalent of a Kindegarten student. I have been using Rosetta Stone online. But, I would like to work with someone in person. I would like to have at least one in person lesson per week and would like at home work as well.
I am learning Hebrew because I am marrying an Israeli and would like our children to learn the language and speak it in the home. I am Jewish, but I have not had formal Hebrew classes other than the basic prayers.

I recently completed my MBA in healthcare admninistrati on and plan to pursue a Doctorate in Oriental Medicine and Acupuncture. I am 24 years old and learning portuguese for personal reasons, I would like to move to Sao Paulo in the near future and continue my career there. I was born and raised in Madrid, Spain and have been living in the US for over 5 years. I would say my proficiency level is beginner although I do understand written portuguese pretty well. I would like to improve in grammar and conversation mainly, but my main goal is to speak and write without having to translate from spanish in my head.
