I feel that my japanese ability is on the edge between beginner and intermediate. I'm want to learn the language because I would like for it to be my major and I started a little late so I would like to catch up to the other students in my class. My name is Nghiem Nguyen and I am Vietnamese-Am erican. I am fluent in both Vietnamese and English. I am planning to attend in an internship program located in japan. Thus, I need to learn the language so I won't be completely lost when I go there. I currently have no experience in the Japanese language. So that means that I will have to start as a beginner and start my way up. Every week I Friday, Saturday, and Sunday free so i plan on using these days to study and learn Japanese. I would like a teacher who is a native speaker of Japanese. I believe that this kind of teacher would be more proficient in teaching the language and grammar.
