I am a beginner but i have been trying to learn Japanese by myself for about 3-4 years. I want to go to Japan as an exchange student and someday move there. I need improvement everywhere I dont learn well when i have nobody to speak with. I want to spend as much time as possible learning but i do have to work also. Hi, I am very interested in learning the Ukrainian language. Since I have no experience in the past, I want to start out with the basics of the language and then advance from there. The reason I want to learn this language so badly is because my girlfriend that I truely love, was brought up in a Ukrainian school in Toronto. I want to learn the language so that I am more familiar with her background. I hope to be able to ask her to marry me while speaking in Ukrainian. I lived in Osaka for one year as a Nova teacher and am planning on going back one day. I only studied Japanese the last three months I was there and really want to continue learning. I only know a limited vocabulary and really no sentences. I can understand a little more than I can speak. I want to also practice reading and writing. I have some text books already that we could use, as well as free conversation. My work schedule is always changing so I need flexible hours. I'd like to meet twice a week and maybe more in the future. I want to hopefully start a small business and teach in Japan.
