I am at a very beginner level. I'm learning the language because I am half-Persian and will be possbily visiting Iran in the near future. I want to focus on conversation, not grammar. Seeking Farsi classes or private instructor for two boys ages 5 and 7. Both children speak only their primary language of English. Their paternal family is Iranian. Their parents wish them to learn to speak Farsi (reading and writing optional).
W e are seeking instruction 2 days/week in the morning or afternoon hours for the Summer school break (mid-June through end of August, 2009). Instructional schedule thereafter, to be determined.
These boys are extremely active therefore require a teacher with much patience and experience instructing children.
