I want to learn Italian, I do not have any knowledge of it. I am an English speaker living in Mumbai. I recently married a British man whose family comes from Gujarat, so instead of learning Hindi now and then trying to figure out the Gujarati, I would prefer to learn Gujarati now. I am a beginner... I know nothing about sentence structure, parts of speech, etc and only know a few vocabulary words I have learned over the last few years.
I want to dedicate a few hours per week to my actual lessons, and then I will practice at home with my husband, who is fluent. I am looking for a teacher that will laugh at my mistakes with me, but still correct me effectively.
