I am a beginner. I took one year of Spanish in high school 10 years ago. We received a lot of written requests at work that are written in Spanish. I would like to improve my understanding of Spanish mainly for work. I also travel once a year, usually to Spanish specking coutries, and would like to be able to understand people when I travel.
I need definite improvement in grammar, conversation, and writing. I can sometimes understand the bulk of a message in Spanish at work but need to use a dictionnary to fully understand.
I would like to have lessons once a week if possible.
I would like a teacher who puts the emphasis on communication . I would like to learn by practicing and conversing, not reading books. I also would like a private teacher (not a class) who is fairly flexible as I work shifts.

I am A high school student in my second year of spanish. I am struggling with grammer and test taking. I also took spanish in 7th and 8th grade. I can dedicate 4 hours a week. I want a teacher that has a passion for teaching, patience and understanding . I wanted to learn spanish because I live in a community with spanish is speaking neighbors.
