I am a total beginner in Japanese but i strongly want to learn because i want to go live in Japan someday. I am presently learning some words but i think i am far away to be able to have a fluent japanese conversation but that's my goal.

Dear Potential Teacher,
I am extremely interested in learning to fluently read, write, understand and speak Chinese (Mandarin).
My proficiency level is 0. (Absolute beginner!)
The reasons for which I desire to learn the language are mostly business related. I believe that China will be the next economic super power and do not want to be left behind. I also find the orient a fascinating place with much to offer and would love to take the opportunity to learn more about its culture and history as well. I've ordered a few books on China, which I should receive in a couple of weeks so that I can learn more about it in my spare time.
I understand that it is difficult language to grasp, but I am willing to put in the work needed.
I' m looking for a teacher whose native language is Chinese (Mandarin) and who is also fluent in reading, writing and speaking English, and has experience in teaching foreigners Chinese.
I would prefer if he/she would provide me with English/Chine se textbooks and work books that include audio CD's with authentic Mandarin speaking narration since tonal accuracy is very important to me and to learning the language. These I would use to practice and learn in addition to video conferencing. (I will pay for them, and the shipping of course!)
M y potential teacher should be a patient one and be available to give me 9 hrs of lessons per week. Someone who can start me from scratch and teach me up to an advanced/flue nt level without having to change teachers over the years. I can only afford to pay a maximum of $10 CAD per hour but I am willing to be your devoted student for at least 2 years or more. Hopefully my potential teacher is someone who loves to teach and is not in it for the money.

I'm a french canadien living in Montréal. I can also speak english fluently.
I am learning icelandic because I'm planning on moving up there next summer. Bjõrk made me fall in love with Iceland!!!!!! !!!! I just think it's the most beautiful country on earth.
I'm an absolute beginner, I'm still struggling with pronnnouciati on and reading alone. It's so far from french!
I need help with everything, pronounciatio n, grammar, conversation. .. but don't worry, I'm a quick learner.
I'd like to study icelandic for around 4-6 hours a week.
I am looking for an icelandic native speaker who would be patient enough to help me with pronounciatio n and learning the language. I'm in desperate need of a tutor!
You should know that I'm toally obsessed with iceland and everything that is icelandic!!!! !
