I am a beginner in the Bengali Language I know a few words only. I resently married a native Bengali and will be spending time in Bangladesh and would like to communicate with the locals and family. I would like to spend a few hours per week learning so when I return to Bangladesh in September 2005 I can speak fluently. I am looking for an instructor who has the time to spend on lessons I have a book but i am very confused and it seems to move to fast for me and uses terms I do not understand.

I am a beginner in the Bengali language. I would like to learn Bengali because I hope to go to Calcutta sometime again soon. ( I have been there before) I need improvement and help in all areas! I would like to meet with my tutor in person weekly and then spend about 45 min-1 hour a day working on it. I would like my tutor to be a woman if possible.

Hello,
I'm writing you because I would like to learn the Bengali language (Bangla). I'm a true beginner of the language.
I will be traveling to Bangladesh as I have recently for family(in-law s)and business and would like to be able to communicate more with them. I only know a couple of words in the Banla language.
I would like to dedicate two hours a day, three days a week and 4 hours on Saturday.
What qualities I'm looking for in the teacher is patience, knowledge and someone I'm able to work well with.
