My proficiency level of Polish is difficult to describe. My first language was Polish, but as I started English school, elementary,hi ghschool and college, my skills slowly decreased. I speak and understand Polish fairly well, but my problem is with reading and especially writing. I desire to become proficient in all 4 level skills- reading,writi ng,understandi ng and speaking. I would definitely dedicate and commit myself to the work assigned. The quality I look in for a teacher is patience, patience and patience.

Hello, My name is Brianne Howe. I am twnety years old and currently enrolled in my third year of college. I am extremely interested in learning the proper Polish language because my boyfriend of three years is 100% Polish and speaks fluently. We just got back from Poland last week where we had an amazing time exploring the country, however, it was very difficult for me to communicate with his friends and family because of the language barrier. I would love to return to poland next summer with him and have a knowledge of the language and culture. It would make the experience for both of us better. I have never spoken Polish before, although I picked up some words while I was over there. I definatly need help and improvement in all aspects of the language and am willing to dedicate as much time as necessary. I will be starting classes the end of august and will attend on tuesays and thursdays, so whatever availability you may have would be great. Thank you in advance!

I don't know any polish. I would like to learn it becuase I am visiting Poland in May of 2006 to see my foreign exchange student and her family. I want to learn more than just a few key phrases so I need teaching in every aspect of the language. I have college in the fall in Rochester, but I am willing to spend as much time as I can on it. I need a teacher that is patient and determined to give me the best learning experience as possible. Thank you.
