As an aspiring student, one of my future aspirations is to corroborate with working forces from different parts of the world in the enhancement of the biomedical field. With that said, learning that Geneva was the hub for research centers struck me that French(desire d language) or German was my preferred foreign language following the fact that French was one of the approved official language of the United Nations after English and Mandarin. Other than that, being musically brought up, Viennese Operas are my all time favourites and being able to understand the dialogue and verses from the urtexts would mean so much more to me as to deepen my understanding of the music without the need for translation. Other than these, simply picking up another language does not mean it will be all-together non-beneficia l even if it is not frequently spoken at my country..but by simply picking up another language, at least I believe I am not at any lost for being able to understand the beauty of another language.
