I have began to learn spanish and would qualify myself as a beginner level. I know enough to get myself around a spanish speaking country. I learned french from grade school through college, however, since graduation I have not had anyone to speak with and I have lost a lot of vocabulary. I have always had an interest in foreign language, but my life has taken me other directions. My husband knows my love for culture and agrees to take lessons with me. I would like to learn conversationa l spanish and french (again). My husband is a beginner of both languages. He was taught in high school only. We would like to spend a couple hours a week to learning Spanish first. Then later on take french lessons. I am going to be inviting friends to learn with us, so we are looking for a teacher who is fun, patient, and one who does not mind a group.

I'm a beginner, I'm Syrian Filipina. I want to learn my mother's and father's languages so that I can speak to them in their language. Also, for when I go to their homeland I will be able to speak to family there. Not sure how much time I'd like to dedicate on lessons maybe and hour or two depending on the rest of my school work.
