I do not know a single word in Farsi at the moment, but I would like to learn a little so that I can travel without being helpless.
I would like to travel to Tehran, and spend 2 weeks intensively learning Farsi.
I would like to find a teacher who is able to spend 8 hours a day giving instructions. I am willing to participate in one-on-one or group instruction.
Because I only speak English, the teacher must speak fluent English.

Hello, my name is Jason and I am interested in taking some lessons in french. I have looked at taking frnch lessons through the U. of S. but because I work full time the hours that french is offered at there will not work for me. I am learning french because I am moving out east in six months and I feel that it would be a good investment to start learning now. I have some very basic understanding of french, but I would like to learn more to make the transition of moving a little easier. I would like to dedicate around 2-3 hrs a day, five days a week to studying. The kind of teacher I am looking for is one that can be available in the evenings. Thanks for your time.

I am travelling to Norway in May 2005 and would like to learn some basic Norwegian. I am of Norwegian background, but do not speak the language. I am a beginner, although I can read the letters and have a basic grasp of the vocabulary. I would like to learn Polish because I plan on working there after my degree.
