I am very interested in learning to speak Croatian more fluently. My current proficiency level would be just above beginner for the main reason that it is my ethnic background and I have been around it all my life but my ability to speak the language would be that of comedy in my opinion.
T he reason I would like to learn is that I plan on going to visit my relatives in Croatia next year and I would like to be able to converse with them in the native tongue, and I would like to be able to converse with my Mom in her language. I know it would make her happy, and myself as well.
Area s of improvement would really be all of the above. Although, I would utimately like to be able to converse and carry a conversation.
I am quite busy with my work, however, I would be willing to put in alot of night time if I felt that I was making good strides and progress learning the language.
The qualities I am looking for in a teacher would be:
Patien ce, sincerity, dedication, friendly, and a good sense of humour. A Croatian teaching certification would be a bonus, but not absolutely necessary.

I am looking to imorove my converstaiona l skills, as well as my grammer. I need spanish in my workplace and for travel. I am looking for someone who will write me emails in spanish, grocery shop with me in spanish, and sit down at the library and do practical work in spanish. I would like two hours of one on one work, and two hours of practical, written spanish per week. I am flexible about when and where, and would like to start as soon as possible.

I am trying to learn how to read and write in Cantonese so that I can communicate with other people on the Internet who can help me with my linguistic research. I know how to read a lot of words, but there are still a lot of words I do not know. There are a lot of phrases, especially formal phrases, and more literary phrases, older phrases that people don't use much anymore that I have not heard of and do not understand. However, I would like to learn them.
I grew up in Canada from a family with a Cantonese background and have some trouble memorizing the shape of Chinese words and choosing the right one for the right context.
I would like to spend one hour a week to learn. I am looking for a teacher who is enthusiastic about teaching Cantonese. If possible, I would also like to ask questions about older Chinese dictionaries, and I want to understand the classic poem with 1000 words.

I want to learn Arabic in order to communicate with my friends, I am an avid learner and I need a teacher who can teach me the basics to the language, as well as all the tricks to the language. I want to speak fluent Arabic as well as understanding it by the time I'm finished
I am available 3 days a week for 2 hours a day and I can pay 20$ an hour, days and times are flexible. Depending on how it goes I may want more days.
