I am a beginner at learning Russian. I have a Russian girlfriend who lives in London. I live in Scotland and we plan to set up home together in London in the late smmer of 2009. She is teaching me some Russian but I would like to get a good head start. I am able to dedicate 1 - 2 hours teaching time per week but will be happy to dedicate many hours to study. I would like a teacher who is willing to do one on one lessons initially to get my confidence up and then assist me in developing the ability to converse in Russian with Russian speakers.

I am looking to learn Thai language as I've been there twice this year and have fell in love with the country,I'm going back in July for a month and would like to be able to communicate with the locals better,I would be starting to learn at begginer level,I'm not certain how many hours a week I would study,that would depend on what the teacher recomended.I' m very very keen to learn Thai language.

I am a complete beginner.
I wish to learn as my son has lived and worked in Japan now for 18 months and as he plans to stay there for at least another three years I will be visitng him again next year.
For now, I only wish to learn conversationa l Japanese. I am very busy so can only dedicate about three hours a week. With more time for personal one to ones at weekends.
Qualities I am looking for in my Teacher are good English skills as we must be able to understand each other, and Patience!

I am looking for a German Tutor for my 8 year old son. We are Scottish but live now in Germany. He has a basic understanding of the language but I want him to continue his learning during his summer holiday in Scotland.
