The student is my 12 year-old daughter and a 8 year-old son. They are currently enrolled in an American school in Kaohsiung. In general, their English is sufficient to communicate on the basis but reading and writing could be improved. I am looking for a tutor who can guide them in school work, stir their interests in English literature so they can be prepared for rigorous academia in high school in the States. Dear teachers,
It 's glad to welcome you to Kaohsiung. I'm a 40-y/o father with 2 children, one 5 and the other 3 y/o. I do not have much time in teaching my children myself, so looking for English tutorial to provide a better learning environment for children to learn. Both of them are beginners in English, they cannot talk in English, only can speak very simple words. I hope they can learn in a relatively fun and relaxed atmosphere, under a relatively natural way of learning, to have a basic ability to speak and hear. It is more appreciated to teach in my house mainly in the evening, perhaps 3 times a week, one to two hours a time, but it could be modified if any condition applied. I hope the teacher to be a native speaker in English, received children education courses/ training, and can have very simple communication in Chinese with the children if necessary.
