I have been studying arabic for 1 year and a half at Northwestern University. I would really like to improve my skills and I feel that a private tutor would be a great, great help to me, in addition to my classes at school. I have never studied Russian before. My boyfriend lived in Moscow for a year and has taught me a couple of phrases. He loves the Russian language and the Russian culture, and I want to surprise him by speaking Russian. I am a full-time student at the University, so I could probably dedicate only about 3 hours a week or so, but that is prone to change. The only qualities I seek, other than patience, is a general class objective of learning the language in its entirety and not conversationa l phrases to get by. I want to learn the grammar, sentence structure, etc.
