I am interested in learning Russian for the following two reasons:
1 . I am seriously considering joining the Peace Corps and would like to be placed in one of the former Soviet Repulics where the Peace Corps operates, such as, Kazakhstan,Uk raine,Uzbekist an.
2. Due to my interest in Russian culture and literature, I would like to able to read Russian.
I am a complete beginner!
I would be able to dedicate 1-2 hours per day.
I would prefer a native Russian teacher.

I am trying to find a teacher for my 9 year old daughter and possibly 14 year old son. My husband and I are Greek and I can speak and understand the language, although not fluently. My children have grandparents close by who speak fluent Greek.
I have taught my children the basics but they are definite beginners. Both have consistently requested to learn Greek, however with everyone's schedules, Greek school at the churches will not work. I am looking for a flexible teacher, preferably to come to our home. I would assume that we need to meet at least once per week.
We are hoping to travel to Greece in the next couple of years and would like the children to be able to converse with relatives there.
