I want to learn to speak German as my partner is from Germany and he learnt my language (afrikaans).
I have a friend that gave me 3 x 1 hour lessons in a very informal way so I am still a beginner.
Conversation is the most important and then grammar
I would be able to do 2 x per week Monday to Wednesday from 18:00 till 20:00

I studied German at high school in Forms 8,9 and 10. I often travel to Swiserland for business and would like to read and speak German well enough to communicate socially as well as in business contacts. I would like to do the learning during this year (2011). My highest priority would be to converse well and to have a reasonable (practical) knowledge of grammer.
