my ltavian laguage skill level is zero. Though I have been living in latvia for quite a long time, I cannot speak latvian at all. I want to communicate with my friends in their language and want to be a part of the group.

Basic level. I would like to be able freely communmicate in French. I would like to put the empasize on spoken language, also grammar could be improved. Untill now I can say only very few and very basic phrases/words in Turkish. Let's put it this way - I can survive, but I can not talk, not to speak of any understanding .
