Beginner/Inter mediate. I lived in Costa Rica for 3 months about 2 years ago. I want to learn spanish because I am in the health care feild and I want to be able to translate for myself. I am a nurse who has studied medical Spanish for the past year. I just returned from an immersion program in Guatemala, and I'm interested in keeping up the skill. I would say I am at the intermediate level, with good comprehension but more difficulty speaking. I would like to meet for about two hours per week, practicing speaking and listening. I would be happy to do homework the other days. I am also interested in mock patient-nurse interactions so I can learn to speak more fluently with patients.
