I am getting married to a vietnamese man in september and just would really like to learn how to speak his language just mainly because it is very hard to speak with his parents and family as they are not very fluent in English. I would really like to learn how to speak the language because I would really like to find out just a little more about his family. It is very awkward trying to speak with them when most of the time he has to translate back and forth for us. I do not know anything really I know how to say Hi and Bye and how are you doing to select people oh yah and I can count up to ten. I want to learn Romanian because in about 1.5 years I will be traveling to Romania to volunteer in a kindergarten In Cluj. I have little experience with the language, but I have spent a period of 2 weeks twice in Cluj, Romania before. I want to learn the language in order to create opportunities for my teaching career in the future. I am looking for weekend classes, and possibly day classes during the week when 2006 starts.

I just got back from living in Sao Paulo Brasil for to months. I went knowing no Portuguese and came back knowing alot more than i expected. I would like to keep learning so that i don't loose it. I will be moving to calgary to get a job and go to school and i would like to learn portuguese as i do all this as i plan on going back.
