I'm an Austrian student, at the moment working in Montréal (till August). At my university I'm studying Mandarin which I also have to improve now to pass the exam in September. I have to improve conversation and grammar, as well as character writing. I'm using the teaching book 'Chinese for foreigners', but as pronounciatio n is quite important, I would like to take some lessons (once or twice a week) which should not cost too much.

Im a beginner and I would like to study Hungarian because I plan on moving to the country in Sept. of 2004. I would like to become more proficent. My grammar needs to be worked on the most. I would like to dedicate 5-10 hours a week to learning Hungarian. Qualties in a teacher would be excellent profiency in both English and Hungarian, friendly, and flexible.

I plan on going to Bulgaria in two years to retire on pension. I was thinking of the Varna Beach Resort Area. I do not speak or understand Bulgarian presently. I would like to learn basic conversation and vocabulary. Depending what type of delivery ie: Live or online.I probably could spend 2-3hrs a week. I would prefer live one on one with a Native Bulgarian as I would like to learn cultural aspects of the country as well as language. I live about 40ks from Victoria, British Coumbia, on Vancouver Island.

I am looking to suprise my fiance and his family with learning Urdu. I have limited knowledge of the language. I can understand more of the written word then the spoken. I would like to become fluent in the language but I also understand that that could take some time. I would definatly be a beginner. Hello, I am interesting in learning Brazilian Portuguese from a tutor, in person.
I learnt the language as a child but have long since forgotten most of it. I would like to learn to speak casually with professional contacts. I am very motivated and would like to learn to speak very well.
