Hello, My name is Steve. I have been searching the internet calling schools and trying everything possible to find either a small school or private lessons for the Finnish language. I have some online programs and a few other things that I use but there is always questions that can't be answered and if they could be, it would help me understand the language better. I really don't know much at all, except some basic formal greetings and random words. The reason I would like to learn the language is I am planning to move out there soon and I would like to know at least basic conversation, also I need to get a job out there and knowing a bit of Finnish would of course help with that. I am willing to dedicate as much time as possible to learning this and do what it takes, as long as I have someone willing to teach me. Like I said I will be moving out there to live, I need to learn as much out here as I can then I will continue out there, eventually I want to be just as fluent in Finnish as in English. Any help would be appreciated.

I have been studying Mandarin Chinese for two and a half years. I received a minor in Mandarin language from a four year University and wish to continue my studies in this language. The areas I need improvement on is conversation and grammar. I wish to meet with an instructor once a week.
