I have a strong desire to communicate in Spanish. While I know a few basic greetings and question phrases, I feel that living in Miami would be a more enjoyable experience if I could communicate more fluently in Spanish.
U nderstanding the grammar of a language is important to me. It is difficult for me to learn by simply memorizing and repeating words.
I definitely want to speak Spanish. But it is more of a priority for me to understand spoken and written Spanish -- in other words, to be able to hear and read effectively.
I can dedicate two visits per week toward Spanish study. I prefer a teacher to come to my home on Miami Beach, but can consider meeting elsewhere, if the distance is not too far.

areas i need to improve would not be applicable in my case as i am a beginner and not familiar withe the language at this point.
want to dedicate atleast 2 hours teaching time in a week + 5 hours to revise and learn more per week.
