I am a beginner and would love to speak Maltese, as it is my heratige. I have been searching for Maltese language resources but have only been able to find poorly written and instrutcted books. I need instruction in all areas of the Maltese language. I am a quick learner and highly dedicated. I am looking for a teacher that will push me to speak fluently and encourage perfection.

I am a beginner. I would like to learn the Maltese language because my fiance is Maltese. While he was raised in the U.S., his parents and relatives lived in Malta and it is their first language. I would like to be able to converse with them in their native language. I would be happy to devote whatever time is necessary to learn. I would like to be able to hear how words sound and ideally find a teacher in my area. If not, then I would like to study and work on line.
