I am looking to learn conversationa l Spanish from absolute beginner to being competent enough to speak Spanish. I do not want to learn holiday Spanish, but converse with other Spanish Speakers. I would like to devote 2 hours per week over a long period to learn this language. I need a tutor with patience as I have never felt confident enough to try to learn a language before.I need to learn Spanish as my daughter and grandchildren reside in Lima, Peru and are all proficient speakers of Spanish. I want to avoid the need for my daughter to have to continually translate for me. I would like to be able to take part in conversations by myself.

My name is Michael Tully I am 28 years old. I want to improve my Spanish. I am at beginner level and would like to improve it some more. I want to learn the language for career advancement in my field. I need improvement in grammer as well as in conversation. I would like to dedicate at least 4 hours a day not including homework. I studied spanish for a year in 1993 as part of a Business National Diploma, however I was not very commited and have retained very little of my knowledge.
I would like to eventually become fluent in Spanish so would like to start as a beginner again.
I would like someone who is reliable. I would like one to one lessons as I feel I really would benefit more from this than a group class.
