I am looking for a German language Tutor, preferably a lady. I have been studying German for one year but still cannot speak fluently. I am looking for a tutor that can help me advance in conversation and speak fluently and confidently. Although grammar is important but the lesson has to geared more towards improving speaking fluently. I need a teacher who has fun and creative teaching methods to help me remember my lessons. Someone who is very experience in teaching an adult Singaporean. I prefer lessons during the day on weekdays.

I am learning German for career advancement and have taken a german (basic) course at the Goethe Institute in Delhi - but close to 10 years ago so have forgotten the basics. Long term aim is to become fluent in the language - but current aim is more a crash course over the next month. I would like to spend 4-5 hours in lessons per week over the next 4 weeks.

I have attained a Start Deutsch 1 in Goethe Institut in 2008. Eversince, I have been learning German on my own from reading german grammar books and DeutschWelle podcasts to keep my listening skills. I seldom communicate because I can't find anyone yet to do so. I am fond of languages although I am not strong in the field.
The reason why I chose German is the language associate closely with Music and that's what I want to major. I would prefer to focus on grammar mostly and conversationa l german occasionally. I believe that a student learn most after lesson so an hour lesson will be good, unless specific targets need to be met.
