Hello,
I am an advanced english learner coming from Germany and looking for a teacher in Portland to get tutoring live in person.
My goal is to improve my ENGLISH in particular according to conversation and using idioms and writing.
I am looking for a teacher who speaks perfect english and is educated in teaching and who enjoys giving lessons in an intensive cours. Concentrating on the language is a must.
During the summer term i have plenty of time.
My idea of getting lessons is to increase intensively my vocabulary and reduce my accent, understand contemporary english and use it.

Me and my wife recently adopted a baby boy from Ethiopia and want to ensure that he grows up knowing where he came from (culture/lang uage). Not only that but I would like to learn the language as well so that we can learn together.

I am a complete beginner with respect to Cantonese. I am looking to learn Cantonese as it is the only language that that father-in-law and mother-in-law speak. My focus would be conversationa l, but I believe that I would learn more efficiently if I learned the grammar/writt en aspect as well.

I have a very basic understanding of the tones and structure of the language. I would like to meet a teacher for either a class setting or one-on-one instruction.
I currently can speak in very basic terms and limited conversation. I am looking at long term instruction to assist me in becoming totally fluent. Preferably in the southern dialect.

Looking for a qualified spanish teacher in the Portland, OR area to teach our daughter the spanish language. She's had about 3 yrs of lessons so far.
