I am a beginner in the Russian language. I need to learn this language because I am going to Uzbekistan, which is part of the former Soviet Union, for a month and then eventually come back to live there for several years. I would love to be able to speak russian fluently as soon as I can. I need a teacher who will be excited to teach me!

I am a beginner interested in learning Russian for business. I work in the oil and gas enery sector and would like to learn reading and writing as well as speach. My goal is to be able to hold a business conversation, but I would also like to learn about the Russian people and culture. I need a teacher that is flexible as my schedule is subject to change on short notice, and I would like to meet maybe two or three times a week.

I have only recently begun to learn Russian, and I can already tell that a tutor will be necessary to succeed fully. I am learning this language because I love Russian literature and would like to read it in the original text. But it is also important to me to learn to speak Russian as well.
