I want to learn Thai because I had a dream of moving to Thailand and being on a beach in Phuket. I was getting paid to draw pictures of newlyweds as they passed by on their honeymoons.
I know absolutely no Thai. I used to work with a girl from Thailand. ...She used to make fun of me a lot.
Since I know nothing I think I need improvement in every area. I can only go one direction from here.
I will dedicate as much time as I can. Someone said I can do it if I really apply myself.
I really don't have any expectations about what qualities to look for in lessons or a teacher. Just please be patient and with an open mind because I am probably one of the more eccentric people you will ever meet.

hi my partner and I would like to learn basic thai conversation skills to make it easier for us when we holiday there. we have travelled there on a regular basis over the past few years and we have only a little understanding of the language. we wish to be able to speak it fluently though there is not a desire to speak at an advance level. we would like to do it on a weekly basis, preferably midweek for 90 mins- 2 hours.
